Our therapists can help you gain insight and learn coping skills to manage life’s challenges. We work with you one-on-one to develop a treatment plan with goals aimed at improving your quality of life and overall happiness.
We make all efforts to help couples feel comfortable in therapy. Your therapist will work with you in identifying the relational patterns that are causing conflict and problems. Therapists focus on increasing communication skills and helping bring respect and understanding back to the relationship.
Our family therapists use a “systems approach” when working with families. This means that we work on identifying the patterns and behaviors within the family system that are detrimental and work with you to improve them.
Connect with others who are at different places in their journey through life. We offer this group to create space for giving and receiving support while working at our own pace. Frequently we are working on individual projects whether that be coloring, crochet, or even puzzles while having honest conversation as a group. We have a flexible structure, and sometimes incorporate art projects with a mental health theme. Please note this is not a DBT related group, nor are we able to teach specific crafts. This group is Fridays from 12:30-1:30pm.
