Kim is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor. She offer services for individuals, couples, family therapy, and teenagers. Kim offers both telehealth and in person services. She use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, which allows her to assist in mental health issues including: Anxiety, Depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, Substance Abuse, life adjustments, occupational issues, and generalized stress.
Kim focuses on the four core areas of mindfulness, emotional dysregulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal skills. Her sessions are focused on regaining balance and a sense of emotional control. Together you will take a look at underlying negative thought patterns that impact cognitive functioning, to establish healthy boundaries and coping skills.
