Not at all. We understand that committing to a long-term therapy program can feel overwhelming. You’ll start with an intake and assessment session to see if DBT is a good fit. From there, we’ll walk you through what to expect and give you space to decide if you’d like to move forward with the full program.

It is generally recommended that clients pause other therapy services while participating in the DBT program.
